We began with a simple observation: in modern Christian life, Bible reading and learning often seem to have lost their place—not necessarily by intention, but simply because they have not been given the priority they deserve.

Why do some people who have grown up in Christian families for generations struggle to experience a personal relationship with Christ, while others who were outside the faith, and in small encounters, discover and experience Christ so profoundly, that in a short time develop a remarkably deep and unwavering faith?
Even in today’s day and age, all across the world, we see the same faith in Christians who endure persecution, stand firm in their beliefs, and are willing to sacrifice everything for their belief and faith in Christ. What gives them such conviction?
Knowing the Word of God
We believe one answer lies in knowing the Word of God. And through this they experience the love and promises of Christ and our loving Abba father our creator.
At a time when social media, the internet, and countless voices expose us to different teachings, opinions, and interpretations about Christianity, it can be difficult to distinguish truth from misconception. The only way to know what Scripture truly teaches is to read it, study it, and understand it for ourselves.

The Bible Reading Club was born from this conviction: to bring the Bible back to the centre of Christian life, to help people discover Christ through His Word, to know the truth and to encourage families and communities to grow together in faith.
